These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Avakean (Jakub Brzozowski), contact: jakub@avakean.pl.
Avakean provides AI-powered automation services for marketing agencies, including but not limited to:
Avakean accesses Google Ads accounts exclusively through the Google Ads API, and only with the explicit written authorization of the account owner. The tool is used to retrieve performance data and manage campaigns on behalf of clients. All usage complies with the Google Ads API Terms of Service.
Client credentials and API tokens are stored securely and used solely for the authorized purpose. Access is revoked immediately upon termination of the service agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate account credentials and maintaining the security of their own advertising accounts. Clients must ensure they have the legal right to authorize Avakean to access their advertising data.
Data accessed through client advertising accounts is used exclusively to deliver the contracted service. Avakean does not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Custom AI agents and automation systems developed for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment. Avakean retains the right to use generic methodologies and non-client-specific components in other projects.
Avakean is not liable for decisions made based on automated reports or AI recommendations. All automated outputs should be reviewed by a qualified professional before implementation. Avakean's liability is limited to the value of the contracted service.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, all access to client accounts will be revoked and client data will be deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent court in Poland.
